Who needs the Kentucky Derby? This is the grandest hat event this side of the Atlantic! And anyone that knows me would tell you that I am obsessed with beautiful hats!  So if you also appreciate these sophisticated head accessories, wonder over to  Julie Skarratt Photography. She has some fabulous pictures of the hats and Spring fashions from the event.  

PS These ladies definitely carry handkerchiefs ;o)
